Guild Wars 2 Movie Poster Trilogy

I started this Guild Wars 2 movie poster thing when Path of Fire was released last year, I always wanted to make the trilogy set after that but never found the time. Well, I got the bug to make movie posters again and pushed through to make the other 2, I also had to remake the Path of Fire one because I lost all my PSD’s recently due to HDD failure. All in all to make the 3 posters was about 10 hours of work, only using assets from the game like concept art and screenshots.

Update for people wanting prints – 14th March 2018

Since releasing these movie posters into the wild a lot of people wanted prints for their wall, after talking to Anet I was prompted to submit the designs to Fan Forge so people could buy the prints and I could also get commission. Fan Forge got back to me and said they could not approve my submission because it uses game assets and is not 100% original art and Anet didn’t get back to me after that. So… I decided I would give the posters away for free, I’m not going to sit on them when people could enjoy them. It would make me really happy if people actually wanted to print them and put them on their wall.

Below is a Google Drive link to the full size posters, they are made in A3 poster size BUT! I would suggest printing them at A4, because some of the assets used might not scale that will to A3 size and maintain good quality. But you can check them out and decide for yourself, they might be ok. Inside the Google Drive folder are the full size Movie Poster Trilogy images, I also did variations of the HoT and PoF posters without elite specs and with the full logo.

How can I print?

There are tons of ways to print these posters, I would suggest you look for a photo printing service. You could try services like Vista print, Staples, Poster jack or your local printing shop among tons of other methods.
